Gatsby 86-102

Chapter 5, The Great Gatsby:

Gatsby has bright enough lights that Nick thought his house was on fire

Gatsby wants to impress Dasiy

Gatsby seemed to want to give him a side job and Nick isn't wanting it

Is he doing that because he feels guilty about having him invite Daisy over

Gatsby dressed nice but didn't seem alright

Tiresome, lack of rest, maybe the nerves

Daisy thinks Nick likes her because he wanted to see her alone

Nick left the room again and Gatbsy followed

They argued a little then Gatbsy went back and talked to Daisy

Nick came back and Daisy was wiping her tears?

Why?

Gatsby "lost" all the money he inherited because of the war

Gatsby shows Nick and Daisy everything in his house

Daisy starts crying at the beautiful shirts

Gatsby is being a little stern to impress Daisy

Nick was left wanting to say bye but Jay was in a daze but Daisy still acknowledged him

Daisy is missing the romance with Jay
