Chapter 7, The Great Gatsby:
Nick is concerned for Gatsby when there wasn't a party and he hasn't seen him around
Rude and unfamiliar butler
Gatsby let everyone go and hired a dozen new people
He let everyone go because he didn't want gossip going around since Daisy is coming over now
Having lunch is Daisy, Tom, Nick, Jordan, and Gatsby
A phone call, mistress?
Daisy asked Tom to go get a drink then kisses Gatbsy when he left
Tom invited Gatsby over?
Tom brags to Gatsby at lunch
Tom seems to notice something and wants to go to town now
Tom just decides to take Gatsby's car and he said nothing about it
Stopped for gas at the mistress of tom husbands gas station
He found out that she has another life and wants to move
They are all talking about the heat and a man fainted at Daisy's wedding, named Biloxi
Tom keeps on bugging with questions and Daisy is trying to stop it
Gatsby explodes and starts saying that Daisy loves him an that he never loves Tom
Gatsby is wanting to get Daisy to say that she never loved Tom but she did at one point
Tom is now saying he can treat her better but then she is leaving him
Gatsby leaves with Daisy
It is Nicks birthday
Mrs. Wilson locked his wife up in the room before they move away
Myrtle escaped and gets hit by a car
She dies and the officer is starting questions
Daisy was driving the war with Gatsby
Daisy tried to move out of the way but there was a car so she moved back and hit her
Gatsby stays there all night long making sure Tom doesn't do anything
Daisy didn't turn off the light-giving Gatsby an ok for 6 hours
Add ons:
1. Gatsby stops having parties because Daisy starts coming over
2. Gatsby fires everyone so they don't spill secrets. Hires people that barely even knew that side. They are kind of cold and don't seem to show any emotions.
3. Gatsby was like chocked or not really caring bout the daughter while daisy was welcoming her.
4. Tom and Gatsby are in the same room with Daisy and he tells her to tell him to say that he is in love with her. She says she loves both of them but she leaves with Gatbsy.
5. Daisy hits Myrtle with Gatsby's car. She killed her and kept driving. Gatsby had to stop her from driving and moved to the front seat.
6. Tom and Mrytle are just sitting in silence and whispers little comments to each other. It seems that she doesn't really care for gatsby like she is never all there. Doing her own thing and not paying attention to people fully.
