Well, the definition of Cardinal Virtues is one of the four classically defined natural virtues prudence, justice, temperance, or fortitude. Nick's cardinal Virtue is honesty. I think the ending statement made me think is nick hiding something or more important is he telling the truth about all these things we have learned. I see Nick as this unproblematic character. I feel like he is always being dragged into something, I think he is just a curious character.
